Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal                                           Justice through Boise State University and has                                          worked in the criminal justice field since 2008. She is not only a Certified professional mediator; she is also a certified Direct Service Provider and Program Supervisor through the Idaho Domestic Violence Council.

   Melissa has been dedicated and committed to working with individuals during and through some of their most difficult and challenging times. She has years of experience working in and with individuals in high conflict situations and has extensive experience in motivational interviewing. Melissa specializes in Child Custody and Domestic Violence Mediation, but also enjoy mediating small claims, evictions, and neighborhood disputes. She can facilitate Mediations throughout Idaho via zoom or in person. She is currently listed on the Idaho Supreme Court’s roster of Child Custody Mediators and serves on the Board of Directors for the Idaho Mediation Association. 

   When Melissa is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband Gabe and their two children. They enjoy camping, hiking, boating, fishing, spending time with their families and friends, and traveling. She has a real passion for working with and helping people.
